SOME HISTORY

Over the 23 years that we have been in the translation and interpreting field, we have acquired a well-deserved high reputation with many different customers. Our long professional experience has enabled us to build up a team consisting of a large number of translators who have passed our stringent approval tests, thus allowing us to provide excellent translations in any language.

EARLY DAYS

When this company was started in 1989 it specialised  in the translation of technical manuals for cars, trucks and agricultural and construction machines. Aided by our team of specialised translators, we were soon able to expand our range of skills, to the extent that we can now cover almost any subject including technical, scientific, marketing, medical, legal and financial documents in most languages.

SPEED

We are often told by our customers that we have a very quick reaction time, that we're dynamic and that we respond very quickly to our customers' requirements. How dpes that happent? In addition to our project managers and administrative personnel, we also have an in-house translation team, but the real secret comes from the large team of specialised independent translators, most of whom have built up their knowledge working in the very industries in which their translation skills are now so valuable.

For example, as regards translation from Spanish to English, we have over 100 approved translators, each of whom has his or her own specialist knowledge and experience.

ANY LANGUAGE

Our translators cover almost any possible language combination, starting with the most common languages such as English translation, French translation, Spanish translation or German translation and moving on to languages which are more rare in Europe, such as Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Vietnamese, Korean, Georgian, Hindi, Gujurati, etc.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

In our position as a translation agency, we form the link between our customers and our translators. Customers can place their translations with us in perfect confidence, in the knowledge that our Quality Assurance system will make sure that the translation provided has been checked from target language to source language and also back again from source language back to target language, by two professional translators.

We are registered under ISO 9001:2008, the very latest Quality Assurance system.

Our customers need only one name: Oxford Translation Ltd.
